Pierre Pellegrin

Pierre Pellegrin is one of Mauritius' most recognised golf professionals and a key member of our coaching team. As the island's national number one, Pierre brings both local knowledge and international competitive experience — a combination that makes him uniquely valuable as a coach and as a guide to playing golf in Mauritius.
Since turning professional in October 2022, Pierre has competed on the Sunshine Tour, including an invitation to the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open at Mont Choisy Le Golf, the very course where we run one of our clinics.
That DP World Tour event saw Pierre compete alongside international professionals including Dean Burmester, Marcel Siem and Thomas Bjørn.
Prior to turning professional, Pierre featured in the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open twice as one of the island's leading amateurs. In June 2023 he won the MCB Indian Ocean Open at Heritage Golf Club, reinforcing his growing reputation in regional professional golf.
Pierre has trained at the TGSE Paul Mackenzie Golf Academy in Cape Town and competed internationally across Zambia, Zimbabwe, India, Australia and Réunion. His coaching is calm, technically grounded and informed by the real demands of competitive professional golf.

Dimitri Cavazzana

Dimitri Cavazzana is a professional golfer and dedicated coach whose competitive career forms the backbone of his coaching approach. Originally from Bolzano, Italy, Dimitri began playing at 13 and won the Italian U16 Championship by the age of 16.
As a touring professional Dimitri has competed on the Alps Tour, MENA Tour and Pro Golf Tour, gaining competitive experience across Europe and the Middle East in a wide variety of conditions and course styles. He is our short game specialist and his sessions are known for being clear, focused and highly personalised.
Dimitri combines modern teaching techniques with competitive insight to deliver coaching that produces measurable, enjoyable improvement. He works with players of all levels, adapting every session to individual goals and learning styles. He continues to train and compete professionally, ensuring his coaching remains grounded in the current realities of the game.

Richard Costello

Richard Costello brings a rare combination of professional tour experience, a specialism in putting and a background in sports psychology to our coaching team. Understanding not just how to strike a putt but how to think your way around a course under pressure sets Richard apart as a coach.
Since turning professional Richard has competed across a range of regional and international tournaments in Europe and the United States, gaining first hand insight into the technical, physical and mental demands of competitive golf at the highest level.
Richard is a fully certified coach with the United States Golf Teachers Federation and his coaching is always structured around what the individual player needs. Whether working on fundamentals or advanced course strategy, his sessions are clear, purposeful and focused on lasting results.

Richard Wallis
PGA PROFESSIONAL · GUINNESS WORLD RECORD HOLDER
Richard Wallis is a PGA qualified professional with a career spanning competitive play, club management and specialist instruction. After qualifying as a PGA Professional in 2005 he has built a reputation as one of the most experienced and well rounded coaches in the game.
Richard served as Head Professional at Princes Golf Club and Head Teaching Professional at Canterbury Golf Club, where he developed a reputation for personalised, effective instruction that produces genuine improvement.
He holds a Guinness World Record for the lowest ever competitive round, a credential that speaks for itself.

Luke Reynolds founded International Golf Clinics with a clear ambition - to make elite, personalised golf coaching genuinely accessible to every committed golfer.
With 15 years as a business owner in the hospitality sector, Luke brings the operational excellence and personal warmth that underpins the entire clinic experience. From the moment participants arrive at the airport to the final prize giving on Day 5, Luke is there throughout.

A keen and improving golfer himself, Luke holds a Level 3 Diploma in Golf Coaching and caddied for Davis Bryant at the 2025 DP World Tour Mauritius Open at Mont Choisy Le Golf. As a current member of the club he knows the course intimately and is personally invested in every participant's experience.
